Real-Time Data for Flood Conditions

Access real-time stream levels, local rainfall data, and predictive flood forecasts across the Tri-Valley. We offer three monitoring tools depending on the specific information you need—whether its immediate local rainfall and flood conditions, federal stream gauge levels, or multi-day storm forecasts, the tools found here are great resources to help you and your family stay Flood Ready!

Zone 7’s StreamTracker sensor data is collected continuously at fixed intervals, most commonly 15 minutes. Data collection intervals for other resources are determined by each specific managing agency. NOTE: brief delays or data gaps may occur during extreme weather events. Please exercise caution when viewing live raw sensor data.

Zone 7 StreamTracker

Our local sensor network measures real-time stream flow, stream level (stage), local rainfall, and visual flood watch thresholds across the Tri-Valley with the option to sign-up for notifications. Some stations have cameras setup to view images of stream conditions. These images are updated every 15-30 mins.
